Ingredients

 
4 lettuce leaves
4 cooked JENNIE-O® Lean Turkey Burger Patties
4 tomato slices
sliced red onion
cilantro
Chili Mango Guacamole
2 avocados, mashed
1 mango, diced
1 Roma tomato, diced
¼ chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons minced red onion
1 hot chili pepper, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Fill lettuce leaves with turkey burger, tomato, red onion, cilantro, and Chili Mango Guacamole.

For the Chili Mango Guacamole

  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
