Quick and kid-friendly, this Turkey Sausage Breakfast Burrito recipe is a tasty time-saver. Turkey sausage, scrambled eggs and melted cheese at under 300 calories per serving!

Ingredients

 
½ (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® All Natural* Turkey Sausage
1½ cups egg substitute or 6 eggs, scrambled
6 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
6 tablespoons salsa
6 whole wheat tortillas

Directions

  1. Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Place 1/2 inch thick patties in hot skillet. Turn occasionally and cook approximately 15 to 17 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.

  3. Add scrambled eggs, cheese and salsa.

  4. Stir to combine.

  5. Heat tortillas according to package directions.

  6. Spoon egg mixture evenly down center of each tortilla; roll up.
