This refreshing vegan smoothie bowl pops with bold color provided by dragon fruit. Topped with peanut butter, bananas, blueberries, chia seeds, coconut, agave nectar, and granola. Every bite is a different experience with this cooled tropical treat.
|1||(10-ounce) package frozen dragon fruit|
|¼||cup unsweetened plant milk|
|1||tablespoon SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Blended with Plant Protein Creamy|
|1||tablespoon chia seeds|
|1||teaspoon coconut shreds|
|1||tablespoon agave nectar|
In blender cup, place dragon fruit, banana and plant milk. Blend until smooth. Pour into bowl.
Top with blueberries, banana slices, granola, peanut butter, chia seeds, coconut and agave nectar.
