As the vice president of enterprise manufacturing at Hormel Foods, Clint Walters is responsible for leading the company’s 30+ production facilities in the United States, driving enterprise-wide alignment, accelerated decision making and guiding strategies that enhance operational performance and continuous improvement.

Walters began his career in 1995 at Dold Foods in Wichita, Kan., and held various production supervisor and superintendent roles at both Dold Foods and Osceola (Iowa) Food. He held plant manager roles at Lloyd’s Barbeque Company (Mendota Heights, Minn.) and later was promoted to plant manager at Osceola Food and then the Austin (Minn.) Plant in 2016. He was named vice president of operations for Refrigerated Foods in 2020 and assumed his current role in 2025.

Walters earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Central University of Iowa. He is also a past member of the Austin Chamber of Commerce, the Clarke County Chamber of Commerce and Clarke County Parks and Recreation Board.

Clint and his wife Kris Tina have four children. Additionally, they were licensed foster parents in Iowa.
