Walsh graduated from Kansas State University with degrees in marketing and international business and began her career with the company in 1999. Throughout her career, she has developed a cross functional background by holding positions of increasing responsibility in sales, trade and category management, customer account leadership, supply chain and brand management.

She has been a member of Network for Executive Women (NEW) since 2003 and most recently was the Co-Chair for the NEW Idaho region where she helped to establish the newly formed region.
