As the vice president for Retail Sales – West, Lynn Egner is responsible for the company’s retail sales strategy and execution with the company’s customers in the Western Region of the United States.

Since joining Hormel Foods in 1997, Egner’s career with Hormel Foods has involved a focus on both the foodservice and retail industries. Her career path included serving as territory manager, account manager and area manager in our Foodservice division. In 2014, she was promoted to director of distributor trade development for Foodservice and relocated to our World Headquarters. Egner was named sales director of Deli in 2018, and assistant vice president of Retail Sales – West in 2022. She assumed her current position in 2023.

She graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in marketing.

Egner has a passion for helping to find an end for food insecurity especially in children. She volunteers for the Mower County Backpack Program and serves on the United Way of Mower County funding committee.
