As Chief Marketing Officer at Hormel Foods, Levine is responsible for strengthening the company’s marketing, analytic, and digital capabilities, enabling enterprise-wide growth. In this role, he’s dedicated to the company’s consumer-centric approach, elevating marketing excellence, and enabling data-driven decisions-making to support sustained growth. Jason partners closely with business units and cross-functional leaders to ensure insights, analytics, and marketing capabilities are effectively integrated to drive brand performance, portfolio strategy, and commercial outcomes across the enterprise.

Levine has more than two decades of experience in marketing leadership across global food and consumer packaged goods companies. He served as chief marketing officer for North America at Mondelēz International, overseeing a multibillion‑dollar portfolio of brands and driving large‑scale innovation, including the launch of new snack platforms and omnichannel marketing programs. He also held marketing leadership roles at Kraft Foods Group, where he contributed to brand development and portfolio growth initiatives. Most recently, Levine held senior roles at PIM Brands, Whisps Snacks and Sabra Dipping Company, where he led category expansion, introduced new product lines and advanced digital engagement strategies.

Levine earned his MBA from Tulane University and a bachelor’s degree in business from Northeastern University.

He is a regular participant in the Pan Mass Challenge, an annual bike-a-thon with the core mission of raising funds for cancer research, treatment, and patient care at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
